Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Assistant with 2-3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support in various human resource functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, benefits administration, compliance, and employee engagement. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow their career in HR and gain exposure to multiple areas of human resources.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
  • Guide new employees through the onboarding process, including paperwork, orientation, and initial training.
  • Handle basic employee inquiries and concerns, escalating issues to HR management as necessary.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when addressing sensitive matters.
  • Prepare HR-related reports, including headcount, turnover, and diversity data.
  • Assist in data analysis to support HR initiatives and decision-making.
  • Coordinate employee training sessions and development programs.
  • Maintain training records and track employee progress.
  • Provide support to HR management and employees on various HR matters.
  • Assist in special HR projects and initiatives as needed
  • Assist in organizing and promoting employee engagement initiatives, such as company events, team-building activities, and wellness programs.
  • Support the development of activities that foster a positive workplace culture and boost morale.
  • Gather feedback on employee engagement programs and recommend improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices is a plus.
